Pickup & Intake:
 
We schedule a convenient time to pick up your items directly from your home. Once collected, everything is sorted, evaluated, and prepared for resale.

We Accept:
- Children’s clothing (newborn through youth sizes)
- Children’s shoes and accessories
- Baby toys and children’s toys that are clean, complete, and in working condition
- Books and games (children’s and popular family titles)

We Do Not Accept:
- General household items (including décor, seasonal items, or miscellaneous goods)
- Hardware or home improvement items (e.g., faucets, fixtures)
- Holiday decorations or bulk garage sale items
- Items that are damaged, heavily worn, missing pieces, or have strong odors
 

Preparation & Listing

Each item is cleaned as needed, photographed, and listed across online platforms such as Facebook Marketplace and other resale sites.  Note: items that are deemed unsellable (stained, worn, etc.) will be automatically donated.

Pricing is determined through market research — we review similar sold listings, brand value, condition, and demand to ensure items are competitively priced to sell.

Selling Process

​

We manage the entire sales process, including:

  • responding to inquiries

  • negotiating with buyers

  • coordinating sales and delivery/shipping
     

You won’t need to handle messages, meetups, or logistics.

Pricing Adjustments

​

To maximize the likelihood of a sale, prices may be adjusted over time based on interest and market activity. This helps ensure items do not sit unsold.

Earnings & Payouts

​

Once an item sells, net proceeds (after any platform fees, shipping, or transaction costs) are paid out at 40%.  (Remember, this includes all inventory management, processing, photo shooting, listing, and sales management!)

Payouts are provided via business check, Cash App, or Venmo, along with a clear summary of what was sold.  Electronic payments are preferred.

Listing Period (3 Months)

​

Items are actively listed for up to three (3) months.

End of Term Options

​

At the end of the 3-month period, you can choose one of the following:

  • Have your unsold items returned

  • Donate the items

  • Extend the listing period (if mutually agreed)
     

If we do not receive a response within 14 days, items may be donated to avoid long-term storage.
